At Simplesphere Technologies, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.
- Cancellation Policy
a. Training Programs and Workshops:
Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their enrollment in a training program or workshop up to 10 days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 5 to 10 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the start date.
Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Simplesphere Technologies.
b. Consultation Services:
Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel scheduled consultation services up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
- Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds:
Training Programs and Workshops: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timelines mentioned above.
Consultation Services: Refunds for canceled consultations are subject to the cancellation notice period as outlined above.
b. Refund Process:
Initiation: To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request to contact@simplesphere.in, including the transaction number and original payment receipt.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
c. Non-Refundable Services:
Digital Products: All sales of digital products, including e-books, software, and online courses, are final and non-refundable.
Customized Services: Services that are customized or personalized to the client’s requirements are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
